Steam automatic forevacuum sterilizer with passage (double door type) and sliding doors is simple and easy in use and environmental friendly.
It is intended for pressurized water-saturated steam sterilization of medical application devices made of metal, glass, rubber, ligature suture material and textile, steam action on which does not affect their functional properties.
The sterilizer is used in patient care and other medical institutions. It is installed between “clean” and “sterile” zones and perfect for using in Sterilization Departments.
For easy installation the sterilizer’s design gives possibility to be detached in 2 blocks: chamber and power unit*.

Notes:
To prevent from scale formation and, therefore, to increase efficiency of the sterilizer’s operation it is required to use distilled water.

·         Electric heaters disconnection in case of decreasing of water level in steam generator;
·         Protection devices from overpressure in steam generator;
·         Password protection to avoid unauthorized changing of the parameters;
·         For diagnostics and testing the control system can be connected to PC including remote PC via modem;

During installation of the sterilizer it is recommended to purchase panel strips for making full contact of the sterilizer’s finish and room surfaces. The panel strips give possibility to maintain pressure difference between “clean” (“non-sterile”) and “sterile” zones.
